Taeguk 1 Part 1
Yellow Belt Form or Taeguk Il-Jang Instructional Video Part 1

Here Master Jasmin will go through Steps 1-6 for the Yellow Belt Form. She will explain the way to do the stance and set up for hand movements. Blocks include:

  • Chunbee (ready)

  • Low Section Block in short stance

  • Short Stance Punch

  • Long Stance Low Block

  • Long Stance Punch

Be sure to practice and learn these 6 steps first, before moving on to Part 2.

 

Taeguk 1 Part 3
Yellow Belt Form or Taeguk Il-Jang Instructional Video Part 3

Here Master Jasmin will go through Steps 11-14 for the Yellow Belt Form. She will explain the way to do the stance and set up for hand movements. Blocks include:

  • Short Stance High Block

  • Snap Kick into Short stance punch

  • Long Stance Low Block

  • Long Stance Punch

Be sure to practice and learn these 4 steps first, before moving on to Part 4. Maybe try steps 1-14 together first.

  • Short Stance reverse out forearm block

  • Short Stance Reverse Punch

  • Long Stance Low Block

  • Long Stance Punch

Be sure to practice and learn these 4 steps first, before moving on to Part 3. Maybe try steps 1-10 together first.

Be sure to practice and learn these 4 steps first, before moving on to the whole form. Revise all for videos and ensure you can do all the steps together. Review the entire form below.
